We conduct a personality assessment, and go deep into your values, your behaviour and understand what drives you and what challenges you face

COACH

During coaching, we simulate an interview in your industry and for your seniority. We focus on the key skills and requirements of your new role.  We coach based on what you need and what works for you, not based on generic techniques

PRACTICE

We provide a report, your personality assessment, more techniques to work on and your video recording from the session for you to continue improving
