Program Objective

This workshop is uniquely developed to be a highly practical and hands on workshop that will allow the trainer to coach each participant in a very comprehensive manner. It is designed to provide each student the opportunity to not only learn the theory, but to actually put the skills to use and to have an experiential mock interview to deepen their understanding. 

This workshop will provide in depth coverage of both the General Interview as well as key MMI stations that are frequently used, including Scenario Based Questions, Role Play Questions and more. Such formats are no longer restricted to healthcare interviews and has been increasingly used in various forms in scholarships and recruitment interviews. 

This workshop will be run by Discovering Potential's founder, Hwang Siew Ling, who has extensive experience training students in the areas of Interview and Communication Skills. She has also conducted and designed various workshops with many schools in Singapore. Siew Ling is an Interview and Career Coach, and she is a Certified Advanced Behavioural & Career Consultant, as well as a Certified Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming. • Put your skills to the test with a mock interview and learn from constructive critique from the trainer and the group participants

• Receive feedback on a full range of rubrics such as body language, habits, reactions, responses, use and command of language, structuring of answers and ability to build rapport

Fees

$280 per participant (workshop fees are not refundable but may be transferred to another participant)
