Program Objective
This workshop offers in-depth coverage of both General Interview techniques and MMI station formats that are increasingly used across disciplines. Participants will explore common MMI questions such as Scenario-Based Questions and Role-Play Exercises, understanding their purpose and evaluation criteria.
The workshop also includes an introduction to Video Interview formats, providing participants with first-hand experience of the structure and demands of online interview rounds commonly used in multi-stage selection processes.
This workshop will be run by Discovering Potential's founder, Hwang Siew Ling, who has extensive experience training students in the areas of Interview and Communication Skills. Siew Ling has coached candidates for various scholarships including scholarships by PSC, SAF, MOE, MHA, MCI, MINDEF, MPA, MOH, SIA, CAG as well as scholarships and entrance interviews into courses in NUS, NTU, SMU and SUSS. These courses include Medicine, Dentistry, Law, Veterinary Medicine and Engineering among others. She has also conducted and designed various workshops with many schools in Singapore. Siew Ling is an Interview and Career Coach, and she is a Certified Advanced Behavioural & Career Consultant, as well as a Certified Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Existing and graduated Junior College and Polytechnic Students. Upper Secondary students are welcomed to join in.
