The trainer was great and very warm. She makes sure we are comfortable and therefore everyone was participative and willing to share and learn together. I enjoyed this very much
B. Azri
The trainer is very good at showing us how to improve our answers. There were many things I have never heard of but the strategies are very clearly shown and it is easy to understand and use.

Program Objective
This workshop is designed for students intending to apply for the Early Admissions Exercise (EAE) to Polytechnic or ITE. It equips participants with the skills and strategies to present the best version of themselves—both in their write-ups and during interviews.
Strictly limited to 10 participants, this interactive workshop ensures personalised coaching, individual attention, and opportunities for guided practice throughout the session. Students will not just learn what to do—they will practise and refine their responses with structured guidance.
Participants will learn how to effectively showcase their strengths, interests, and passion, while gaining a clear understanding of what EAE interviewers are looking for. The workshop also provides practical guidance on using portfolios strategically and demonstrating genuine aptitude for their chosen course.
To maximise the session, participants are strongly encouraged to bring along a draft of their write-up for guided review and improvement during the workshop.
The workshop will be conducted by Discovering Potential’s founder, Hwang Siew Ling, an experienced Interview and Career Coach. She is a Certified Advanced Behavioural & Career Consultant and a Certified Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and has designed and delivered EAE workshops for numerous secondary schools and organisations across Singapore.
